Courtesy Transportation Vehicles (CTP/CTA/Loaners) are provided to customers while their vehicles are being serviced. While a CTP vehicle may qualify for new-vehicle incentives when sold at retail or leased, Michigan regulations require the vehicle to be titled to the dealership and sold as an used vehicle, and all documentation must reflect this status. Once the vehicle is titled to the dealership, it may not be sold as new or as a demo. The warranty start date begins when the vehicle is placed into CTP service.
