What a wonderful website, updated, easily accessible and well maintained.
Not only did you respond quickly to our query, but gave us a detailed
comparison between the vehicle in your inventory to a vehicle at a competing
dealership. I never would have thought I would take the Shaheen vehicle
since it had less thrills, yet the comfort level we felt from the time we
contacted your facility to the time of car possession overrode any questions
that we may have felt.

I would like to take a moment to thank Shaheen Chevrolet for making my auto
purchase a positive experience....I have bought a couple of new vehicles in
the past few years (a Pontiac Grand Prix GT and a Ford truck) and the
dealers I bought from were no where near the caliber as Shaheen was, the
dealers I bought from didn't go thru the learning the vehicle details as
well as how to use the service dept. and oil change areas that I got from
Shaheen. Shaheen took the time to answer any questions I had and didn't
rush me through, again Thank You Shaheen, and I will look forward in doing
business with you in the future as well as telling any of my co-workers and

Dan,
I just wanted to tell you what a great job you've done with the internet
site. We inquired about several vehicles on-line. Because of how you
responded, the e-mail, the greeting, the information, picture, features,
build history. Yours is the only one we responded to. You gave us all of the
information. It totally lacked the normal sales catch of "Thanks for your
interest and Call Me for Information".A vehicle is a major purchase and the fact that your approach completely
stopped us from searching, either means (1) I'm stupid or (2) you built
enough confidence in your dealership, which has since been followed up by
the excellent sales service (Ed Werner) to make my wife and I comfortable
that we were getting a deal. I guess it could also be both 1 & 2 but I hope
not. Great Job

Just wanted to take and moment to comment on Shaheen Chevrolet's web
site. I found this site to be so helpful in my search for a new
vehicle. Many other dealerships do not offer this service or if they
do, their sites do not provide the wide variety of information that
Shaheen does. Thanks to Shaheen for giving us consumers the option of
searching a very informative web site at our convenience!

The customer service that we recieved from the team of
Dan Dowker, Dave Behnke, and everyone else that makes
the deal work was excellent. This is one dealership that
will treat you right from the minute you make the call
to investigate a new vehicle. Throughout the process of
trade-in, delivery, reviewing financing options, and the
post-purchase followups this has been a great experience.
You go into this dealership being individually serviced,
not just another customer. I can tell from this one experience

We would like to show appreciate for Dan Dowker (GM Bupower Manager) for
ALL of his hard work, attention to detail and perseverence
to "satisfy the customer".
We were very impressed with the true teamwork (from Dave
Behnke's assistance to Jeff with finance all the way to
Rob in Service for oil changes).
We gave Dan specific requests (that I didn't think we'd
be able to achieve), and Dan worked with us until we were
COMPLETELY satisfied.
I've purchased five vehicles (four new) from Shaheen since
1988. Every time I come back, the salesmen have 'moved on'.
Dan has been part of Shaheen from (my) beginning ... (I
wish I had met him in 1988).
I've always like Shaheen, and didn't think it could
'be done better' -- but Dan's customer service has really
shown me that it IS possible to EXCEED customer satisfaction

I am writing you today to express the excellent customer
service I received from your employees. Back in the last
week of February I went to Shaheens' web site to do some
research on a Monte Carlo. I ended up having a question
and contacted Dan Dowker. Dan was such a pleasure to talk
to. He was specific in finding out exactly what I wanted
and told me that he would email me some numbers before I
left work. I didn't plan on purchasing the car until April,
and that didn't seem to matter to Dan. When I received his
email I was very impressed. It was more information than
I had expected, it broke everything down for me and was
very professional. Dan then set up an appointment for me
to have my own sales person, Russ Smith.
When I came in to meet with Russ, he already had me approved
for my car. He walked me around the lot so I could see specific
things on the car and took note of what I liked and didn't.
I never felt pressured at all and instead of trying to show
me what he had on the lot available, he just got my car
ordered for me since we had so much time to wait. Which
ended up being a good thing, because I decided to get the
car fully loaded. Russ and Dan were more concerned with
getting me what I wanted, when it was convenient for me,
then trying to hurry and make the sale.
This was my first time buying a car and it has been a
wonderful experience. I called Russ numerous times with
different questions and he never got annoyed. Trust me,
between my mother and I, we didn't always make things easy
for him. He was always happy to hear from me and more than
eager to help. I felt like I was his only customer. I never
had a problem reaching him and when I did have to leave
a message, he always got right back to me. The reason that
I felt that you should know about my experience is because
not all car dealerships have these types of employees on
their staff. Attached you will find a letter that I sent
to the General Manager and direct supervisor of a sales
person at Pres Kool Chevrolet. You are very fortunate to
have Russ on your team.
I just thought it would be refreshing to know that you
have another happy customer, I will refer people to Shaheen
and when it comes time for me to upgrade again, I know where
to go! Keep up the great work and congrats to your top-notch
staff.

On Jan 21, 2003, I came to Shaheen to purchase a used vehicle.
I was attended to by Marcus Delo. I must say that he made
my experience at Shaheen wonderful. He was extremely nice,
professional, and helpful. I have been to other dealerships
and they were always in a rush and put on the pressure, not
to mention dealing with other customers at the same time.
Marcus put no pressure on me and only dealt with me, not a
bunch of other customers also. I would like to thank him and
say that because of Marcus, I will be dealing with Shaheen
exclusively in the future for my car needs.

My wife, Mary, and I took delivery of our 2003 Chevy Trailblazer

After my initial request, you contacted me and told me Scott
Ryan would be contacting me. Well, he did. We came in and
he was prepared and very personable. We really enjoyed our
experience, thanks much to Scott's knowledge of the system
and we all learned more about the Trailblazer product. He
and Mark Pelegrino really made it all work. We got what I
felt was a great deal on a beautiful SUV and I felt like we
were all friends in the end! Even my wife had a good time!
